Invoice Api Problem And How to get the billing transaction

Hi team, I have two questions.

1、We use Mcc refresh token to request the invoice api, reponse the error ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED. The refresh token is correct, and we have set the login-customer-id. We have tried to get multiple customer accounts campaign and billing setup information.

2、How to get the billing trasaction page infomation by the api? As shown in the attachment, we want to get the fee information in the red box under the page.

For the first concern, so that we can check the reason for the ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED error and to see if it is indeed related to the refresh token, would you be able to provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end where we can see the issue? This information can be extracted after enabling the API transactions by following this guide.

As for the second concern, would you be able to provide the screenshot translated in English so that we can properly check if we can get the information using Google Ads API? Please include the customer ID in the screenshot.
