Hello,

You will need to update the campaign_bidding_strategy union field as described from the link you shared. This Python example shows how to create a local campaign with a standard MAXIMIZE_CONVERSION_VALUE bidding strategy. As you can see, it is setting the target_roas of this bid strategy.

     I know this doc. But I want to set MAXIMIZE_CONVERSION_VALUE without the setting target_roas. What is like Google Ads UI.

Hello,

The target_roas for MaximumConversionValue is an optional field to set. If it is not set, then the bid strategy will aim to achieve the highest possible ROAS for the budget.

   I know that. What I ask for is how could I set MaximumConversionValue without target_roas?

Does it have any python examples? It's not successful while I set bidding_strategy field directly.

I am afraid that there is currently no example code in Python for setting maximize conversion value bidding strategy. With this, since your current concern is constructing Python code for setting bidding strategy, then I would suggest posting your concern here. The author of the Python client library, which is more equipped to provide support for this concern, will response to your post and provide suggestion to your question.

It may also help if you can suggest this document to the author of the Python client library.

max_conversion_value_proto = client.get_type('MaximizeConversionValue')
campaign.maximize_conversion_value.CopyFrom(max_conversion_value_proto)
