User's account are only able to connect one mcc account

Hi, team, I have a customer trying to connect their google ad account to our mcc account.
The user got error said google allow only 1 manager account maximum. The user has a mcc account which is a business account. We also tried google ad api to accept the invitation but got error. could you please help?

To take a closer look at the issue, could you provide the screenshot of the error in the UI and the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end where we can see the error in the API?
