I have to pause the group when I have raised the error.

The error MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT error is triggered when the attempted operation cannot be performed through the API. Could you please confirm if the campaign is created through the API? If so, could you share us the API SOAP request and response logs, so I can take a look? You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.

Hello Chirag,
Thank you for the details. It looks like you're making changes to the Video Campaigns. Please note that video campaigns are only supported in the API reports. It is currently not possible to use API services to pause the AdGroup for this campaign type. Please keep an eye on our blog for more updates regarding this feature.
