Cannot create a test account: Internal error encountered

Hi,

I'm getting an Internal error when creating a test account for a few days now .
Could you please check what is going on here? This is all I get:

In order to assist you further, please retry this mutate operation and provide the complete API logs (request, response, request-id and request header) generated at your end for this mutate operation without redacting any information.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. You can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag for REST interface requests.
