Support for Offline transactional/Offline Conversion data

Hi Team,

Currently we are creating custom audiences on Google ADs platform for our clients. One of our client want to upload Offline Conversion data to track conversions.

Can you let me know if Google Ads supports this functionality? If Yes can you share documentation for it.
