Basic Access request

Hello Google Ads API Team,

I haven't got any response for a few weeks from the application for basic access to access google ads daily stats.

• Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 900-824-5141
  
• Cases ID: request created, but have not received any tracking id
• Access type: Basic Access

Please let me know if there is anything that could accelerate this process.
