API Call to add negative terms in Google Ads

I trying to connect my project in Make.com with Google Ads with an API call.

Someone can explain me why when i try to connect Make.com and Google Ads through an API call i find a "400 Error: redirect_uri_missmatch" although my list of redirect_url is correct (i think..)

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Please note that the value must exactly match one of the authorized redirect URIs for the OAuth 2.0 client, which you configured in your client's API Console Credentials page. If this value doesn't match an authorized URI, you will get a redirect_uri_mismatch error. Make sure that you have configured the correct URI. 

Also, could you confirm if you’ve followed this guide to add a line with: https://developers.google.com/oauthplayground under Authorized redirect URIs while setting up OAuth 2.0 web client app?
