Request for project recovery / ownership transfer after user deletion

Hello,
We had a Google Cloud project under our Workspace domain which contained an OAuth 2.0 Client used for Google Ads API integrations.
The project owner’s account was deleted from our Workspace, and now we have lost access to the project and OAuth credentials.

We are the administrators of the Workspace domain.
How can we recover or transfer the ownership of the deleted user’s project to another active account within the same domain?

We can provide domain verification or any necessary authorization to prove ownership.
