Hi everyone, i am trying to create a test manager account, but i get the error You have reached your limit for creation of manager accounts. Learn more

and on checking my account, i se it created, but it is not allowing me create my test client account , it says

 To create new accounts, link an existing account

This needs to be a Google Ads account that

• has spent more than $1,000
• has a history of policy compliance

Once the account is linked, you'll get access to account creation within a day
