Standard access wait time

Hello,

We applied for standard access about 3 weeks ago now. Our manager account ID is 163-940-2193.

I've not heard anything about the application and we emailed the contact form a week ago to get an update - no response from that either. Does anyone know what's going on with these applications at the moment?

Are any Google staff here able to look into this for us?

Our ticket number from the original application is this:

[7-4609000037832] Your Google Ads API Standard Access application

We really need to get access soon.

Hello, thanks for the response. 

Do you know of another method of contacting that team since we've not had any reply to our application or follow up messages via that form you linked to. Just complete silence since our application. 

Is there a staffing issue going on? Surely Google must have the resources.
Any insight on the situation would be helpful.

Maybe there is a team within Google we can escalate this to?

We are still waiting - since applying on 18th August.
