I'm going to start a site called "leadsGeneration.com"
wherein 'im going to advertise for different domains, eg, holidayhomes, interior designers, travel and tourism, etc.
The landing page for all the ads are going to be my domain and i'm gonna say that I'm the official marketing partner for each of them.

Am i Violiating any google policy? will i get banned?

I can see a lot of people are advertising on behalf of their clients: https://www.google.com/search?q=%22official+website+of+an+authorized+marketing+partner%22

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you have violated the google policy. I would suggest you to refer to the Fix ads with policy violations for more information. In order to assist you further, could you please confirm whether you are using Google Ads API or UI?

Just to clarify :
I gave the site  leadsGeneration.com [as an example NAME and this specific domain is NOT owned by me]
That said,
My business model is to onboard small advertisers and help them generate leads on my website.
In my website, I will list their business and advertise using my Google Ad Account. I will charge them on per lead basis
To ensure that Users do not mistake my site as the advertiser's website, I will clearly state that I am a marketing partner.

I am using Google API to automate the entire process.
Does my Business Model violate any Google Policy?

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

You will need to appeal your ad for further review if your business model violates any Google policy.

  • If your ad is disapproved due to issues in your destination, you’ll need to fix your destination, and then appeal.
  • If you’ve reviewed the policy and believe your ad is compliant with the policy, you’ll want to appeal.
As stated in the earlier email thread, I would suggest you to refer to the Fix ads with policy violations for more information.
