[Bug-ish] CAMPAIGN_SHARED_SET_REPORT is missing SharedSetId column

Hi Team,

The CAMPAIGN_SHARED_SET_REPORT does not have an SharedSetId column, and the SHARED_SET_CRITERIA_REPORT does not have a SharedSharedName column, requiring us to pull an additional report to make the correlation. Thought you'd like to know :-)

Hi MG, 

You're right. I have shared this with the team. Meanwhile, you will be able to use the CampaignSharedSetService.get() to retrieve the CampaignId, SharedSetId and sharedSetName information. Please keep an eye out on our blog for more updates.
