Campaign Level Negative Keywords

How do you get the negative keywords applied at campaign level using the Ads api? I can see how to get a list of negative keywords using the keywords view but I can't see a level property anywhere.

With regards to your concern, you can use camapign_criterion report. Please see below the GAQL query.

SELECT campaign_criterion.criterion_id
, campaign.id
, campaign_criterion.keyword.text
, campaign_criterion.keyword.match_type
FROM campaign_criterion
WHERE campaign_criterion.type = 'KEYWORD' AND AND campaign_criterion.negative = TRUE
