CallRail Conversions not appearing on Google Ads conversions

Hello,

I am running google ads on this account for more than 5 years, I track various conversions such as form submissions etc, I also use callrail for tracking on our website and the callrail account has a direct integration with google ads which sends the conversions to google ads

This integration between callrail and google ads was working perfectly until April of this year.

CallRail when integrated with google ads creates a conversion action named "Phone Call" in the google ads account where the conversion source is by default set to "Website (Import from clicks)"

So starting from April this year I noticed that thew "Phone Call" conversion is not getting recorded and is showing 0, I checked the integration and that is active and properly configured, I tried to find out whether callrail is sending the conversion events to google ads or not, and discovered that callrail is indeed sending the conversion events to google ads, here's a screenshot of that:https://loom.com/i/8902aeedb1884687945549ca1911d66f

I also tried to export the conversions from callrail and upload them on google ads for the month of April, but even after several days of finishing the upload the conversions are still 0, I understand that some conversions may be attributed to previous months because of conversion window but not a single conversion appeared after uploading almost 200 conversions. here are some screenshots of the upload

We have enabled "Auto tagging" in our google ads account

Please note the conversion window was set to 2 weeks during the conversion upload method, I changed it to 90 days after uploading conversions

So far I think the issue is on google ads since callrail is sending the data to google ads, 

Need urgent help on this

Based on the screenshot provided, I could see that you are uploading conversions using the Google Ads UI by uploading spreadsheets manually. Kindly note that we can only assist with issues/concerns related to the Google Ads API. As you are facing issues with the conversions not being populated by using the Google Ads UI, I would recommend you to reach out to the Google Ads Product support team as they are better equipped to address your concerns.
