Acessing other Adwords accounts through API

Hi,

Our application requires that we post data to Adwords accounts which are not related to our MCC account. From an earlier post, I found that I will need refresh tokens from those accounts to which I need to post data. What instructions do I need to give to my customers so that they can generate their refresh tokens which I can save in the database and then later on use to post data to their Adword accounts? Is there an online tool they can use to generate their refresh token?
