Sorry, as this not directly related to API, but since the Ads Support giving up about this by saying "this is out of their scope".. hopefully i can have some enlightment here.
So...
We've been integrate Lead Form to our CRM for years, but it stopped last week.
There is no issue if we test data from "Send Test Data" button
But after waiting for next few moment, when real conversion kick in, the data is in unicode (strange character).

Same result from our integration script and third party service (webhook.site)
I tried to connect with Google Support Team, after waiting for 5 days, I'm surprised with the feedback "any inquiries directly related to CRM setup and implementation are out of our scope. " and they refer to use user forum.
Anyone can help?
