One possible solution would be to use the
StartDate field of your new Campaigns as predicate to separate them from your old campaigns. Additionally, when retrieving your new AdGroups (considering that they also belong to your new campaigns), you may use the
CampaignId (campaign IDs of your new campaigns) field of your AdGroup as a predicate. You may also refer to the following links for more information on which fields you can select/filter on for your
