Error: CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE

Dear Google Team,

We are facing an error as below,
error_code {
not_allowlisted_error: CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE
}
message: "Customer is not allowlisted to access this feature."
To give you the context we are trying to create assets for ads. We have provided all the basic access needed for the user to access this feature, along with that we are using a basic developer token and not a standard developer token, kindly notice that we are using a production account here and still we are facing this error,
kindly please escalate this issue to your engineering team, so that we can get help to resolve this at the earliest.

It seems you are encountering a CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE error. Can you please provide us with complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end so we can investigate further?
