Hello,

The GENERIC_BILLING_ERROR usually occurs when the OAuth2 access token sent in the request is for a user who does not have access to the billing customer account. You will need to generate the access token for the correct account or make sure that the accounts are linked properly in the manager account so that the credentials in your request can access the billing customer. You may refer to this guide for more information.

Hello, I'll give you another description of my problem.

A client has an AD account, and he sets up someone else's billing account, and now he's going to go to my side.I call the API to delete his budgetOrder but can't operate.I have sent him an invitation through the interface and accepted it.

I can arbitrarily increase or delete my BudGetOrder

Hello,

From what I understand you're trying to change the Billing customer that pay's for a client account. If that's the case, you will need to create a new BudgetOrder which points to one of the new billing customer's BillingAccounts. You may refer to this guide on how to change the Billing customer.

As for your second concern, to add a client to one of the accessible BillingAccounts, you could create a BudgetOrder to establish their account-level budget. This includes details like the start time, end time, and spending limit for the client. Also, please note that new BudgetOrders can take some time(typically less than an hour) to become active, so it's best to create them well in advance of their intended startDateTime. Let me know if you have any other questions.
