Can I fetch campaign performance report in Apps Script

Hi,
     I am trying to fetch campaign performance report in my Spreadsheet Apps Script. My intention is it populate the report to my spreadsheet.
I am trying out the example given in https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/examples/apps-scripts-execution & https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/examples/oauth20-library

Though i am giving the CLIENT_ID ,CLIENT_SECRET ,REFRESH_TOKEN  correctly ,I am not able to fetch the report. It always asks for review permissions, and do nothing after I give login credentials.
Am I doing something wrong?
Please help.
