Issue with access to the Google account by using OAuth

Hi Google,

We're developing the application that allow user to get all the campaign form the Google account they choose by using Google API OAuth

So far, we have tested on many accounts. There was no problem until today we used the account managed on the Workspace. 

After I chose the account I want to connect to application, It said that the application is locked and alerted that the application is going to access for the private information. Please confirm the picture below. 

Can you help me with this problem?

1. This happened because my application is not verified by Google yet ?

2. Or security setting on my account is the point? But I try to give allowance for the application to access by following these steps but nothing changes.

Upon checking the error screenshot you’ve provided with us, it seems that the issue probably occurred due to an unverified app or your app requesting sensitive information on restricted OAuth scope, but hasn't gone through the Google verification process. Users of unverified apps or your test builds might get warnings based on the OAuth scopes you're using.
