API C# - Get search term for each Ad click

Hi,

I need to get search term when user click the Ad. 

The Report Query API return a list of Search Terms so I can't detect which search terms maps to which clicks. 

Does someone have solution for this?

Hi Thai,

Thank you for reaching out. Please give it a try to first match the GclId and CriteriaId in the Click Performance Report and then use this CriteriaId as a constraint to match the KeywordId and Query in the Search Query Performance Report.

Hi!

You have provided the example for Google AdWords API. Is this possible to do this with Google Ads API?

I don't see any keyword related IDs in the click_view: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v6/click_view

Unfortunately, there are no keyword related fields in the click_view report as these were deprecated.

Ok, I see. So how can I find out which keyword triggered the particular click using Google Ads API reporting?

In Google AdWords API it was like described here: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report
