Receiving ReportDownloadError.INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

Hi AdWords team,

Since 2017-08-16 until today, we are keep seeing "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error"  when trying to fetch "Placement performance report" via AdWords API. 
We have 11 Ad accounts do auto reporting. In each of calling there are 3 one always download succeeded but there are 8 one not working.
Could you please help us.Thank you very much.

Hi,

Could you provide the clientCustomerIDs you used in generating the successful reports and that of with failed reports? Also, could you confirm if the issue is consistent if you'll try to generate the same report again in one of the accounts which has a failed report?

Aside from that, could you also confirm if other report types are running successfully in all accounts? Kindly use the Reply privately to author option when replying.

We have the same problem. Also with placement performance reports, starting the 6th.

We've confirmed there is an issue related to DisplayName column of this report. I'll update this thread as soon as we have the resolution.

This issue should now be resolved.

If you still get this error please reach out to me directly ("respond to author" on the right) with the reporting definition and clientCustomerId.
