NO_EFFECTIVE_BILLING" IdentityVerificationError while requesting identity verification information from the Google Ads API (V16). which means no effective billing linked to this customer. I would recommend you to check

In order to
GetIdentityVerification() can be used for retrieving verification information, which returns several objects of
IdentityVerification. I could see you have provided partial logs which is not sufficient for us to investigate further. Could you please provide us with complete API logs (
request and
response with
request-id and
request header) generated at your end to assist you further.
