Duplicate Entries in getCustomReportJob

Hi Everybody

Earlier I have posted one issue that I am having with
getCustomReportJob. As far as I know, if we edit any AdText (Headline,
Descriptionline1, Descriptionline2), Google creates a duplicate entry
with updated values. So each AdGroup is having multiple AdText which
creates in each edit.

Now I am getting all entires for each AdGroup in output from
getCustomReportJob() API. Could any one please help me out to avoid
multiple entires in the output?
