API showing different values for Clicks and Impressions in "Undetermined" Gender and Age Range categories than whats in the AdWords UI

When I import  Criteria,Impressions and Clicks from AGE_RANGE_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and then sum of the values returned for Clicks and Impressions in the "Undetermined" category the sum is different than the sum shown in the UI reporting tool.

The same is true for GENDER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT as well.

Can anyone tell me why these values are different?
