Hey Google team,

I hope you all are good. Actually i m new to google ads api and i cannot create billing setup for my main production manager account and also cant create budget on my client account. I need the actual help who can guide how to do this. I have tried to do with the help of google ads api documents but still got nothing. I have searched everywhere to get help to do this but got nothing. So please help me out.

Since you mentioned that you tried with the help of Google Ads API documents, could you elaborate on the issue you encountered while performing mutates on the billing and budget API servies? Could you confirm if you have required permissions to create those, and already able to create via Ads UI? Are you getting API errors while performing Mutates? Could you provide the complete logs in the format of the request and response logs along with the request-id, as seen in their respective links where issue / API errors are showing up? 

For you to enable complete logs on your end for the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. 

You may then send the requested details via reply privately to author option.
