TEMPLATE_AD missing data

I am trying to migrate from adwards to ads, some ads were returned under adwards of type TEMPLATE_AD, but the same exact ads are now being returned in google ads of tyoe UNKNOWN, and I can't access the data I used to in adwards, I also tried the getDisplayUploadAd and it is returned with NULL, any help?

• Customer ID
• Complete report definition that you've used on retrieving this type of ad in AdWords API
• Sample ad Ids of the TEMPLATE_AD that returned in AdWords API but not in the Google Ads API
• Complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end for retrieving the information of this type of ad

Unfortunately, we're not be able to investigate the issue without the complete details. With this, it will be very helpful if you can provide the requested information that looks like the ones you see in the links below:

• Complete report definition that you've used on retrieving this type of ad in AdWords API

• Complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end for retrieving the information of this type of ad

If you haven't enable the logging of the API transactions for the client library that you are using, then you may follow one of the instruction below:

Could you confirm if this is the subject "Private message regarding: TEMPLATE_AD missing data" of the email where you've sent the information? If yes, then it appears that you did not receive the email that my colleague has sent.

However, there is specific information that our team will be needing to further investigate the issue and that is the generated API response where we can see the values returned for each field and the issue. Please provide it on the private email for privacy purposes as well.

The logs you provided in the private thread (Private message regarding: TEMPLATE_AD missing data) are unfortunately not the logs, that our team is referring to.

That said, since it appears that you are using PHP, you can enable logging by referring to this guide. Once enabled, you may retry your request and provide to us the complete request and response logs, with the request-id.

You may then send the details privately, via the above thread once more.
