Hi,
We are developing and app which was initially an internal app used by a
company and it is now a SaaS app.
Our developer token is still from the MCC of that company and each company
that uses our app connects it's MCC to our application via OAuth2.
Is there any issue if the developer token we have doesn't belong to a MCC
owned by us? The company that has is doesn't mind and is willing to keep it
there, but I am more concerned whether there is any privacy issue.
If we decide / have to use another developer token we would have to create
a new project, right (see the warning message from this page:
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/first-call/dev-token)?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
Changes may occur over time for your statistics. This is due to certain metrics requiring a bit more time to calculate and may also be due to adjustments.
I would recommend that you check out our data freshness guide for more information regarding this. I hope this helps.
Best regards,

Hello,
we have 2 accounts that we're unable to download any audience data for. The
AWQL query times out after 40 minutes. Here is an example of 2 such AWQL
queries:
SELECT CampaignId, CampaignName, AdNetworkType1, IsRestrict, Impressions,
AdGroupId, AdGroupName, Clicks, Cost, Conversions, CostPerConversion,
ConversionValue FROM AUDIENCE_PERFORMANCE_REPORT WHERE
CampaignStatus=ENABLED AND AdGroupStatus=ENABLED DURING LAST_30_DAYS
SELECT CampaignId, CampaignName, AdGroupId, AdGroupName, AdGroupStatus,
Criteria, BidModifier, IsRestrict, Impressions, Clicks, Cost, Conversions
FROM AUDIENCE_PERFORMANCE_REPORT WHERE CampaignStatus=ENABLED AND
AdGroupStatus=ENABLED DURING LAST_30_DAYS
The affected accounts are:
655-133-6107
455-818-4618
Based on the spend, it doesn't even seem to be large accounts. Is there
anything broken within those accounts internally by any chance or is there
anything we can do to get the data?
Best,
Ales

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
So I can further investigate, could you provide the customer ID of the account from the screenshot you attached? In addition, could you also provide the complete request and response logs, along with the request ID?
You may send these details via the Reply privately to author option.
Best regards,

Hi Steve,
You can follow the example here where it used the target_spend directly, also in the documentation, you can use "manualCpc", for implementing a standard strategy :
"manualCpc": { "description": "Standard Manual CPC bidding strategy. Manual click-based bidding where user pays per click.", "$ref": "GoogleAdsGoogleadsV6Common__ManualCpc" }
Let me know if this helps.

Hi Ngô Minh,
By "reporting on the web", could you confirm if you are referring to reporting in the Google Ads UI/Front end? If yes, then you can reach out to the Google Ads Product support team instead, via this link, for further assistance.
However, if your concern is related to the AdWords API reporting or Google Ads API reporting, then please provide more details so our team can assist you.
Regarding data availability in both the UI and APIs, you may refer to our data freshness guide, to learn more on which period your data can be most accurate and available.

Hi Roman,
Thanks for posting your concern.
Could you confirm if my understanding is correct that you want to exclude specific device type at the campaign level? If yes, then I am afraid that it is not possible according to this document (DeviceInfo). However, you may set 0 to the bid_modifier of CampaignCriterion to opt out of a Device type.
But I can see that you already doing the above statement. With this, please provide the following details via Reply privately to author option to further investigate:
complete request and response logs with request ID and where we can see the error.
