Hello
Is there any way to get information about YouTube placements (videos or channels) where my ads (video ads inside UAC) were viewed in Universal App Campaign using Google Ads API?

I have explored all types of reports in documentation but have not found a solution.

In Google Ads I use this information by using Reports -> Other -> Placements in app campaigns

Hope for help

Best regards

Hi Aleksei,

Thanks for reaching out. To get information on placements from app campaigns, you can use the group placement view. For example, you can use the attributed resource field, campaign, and filter by campaign.advertising_channel_sub_type, APP_CAMPAIGN. The query builder may be of use here.

Thank you
That helped a lot!
Could you also tell me what metrics.average_cpm is measured in? Is it currency of account or is it cents?
I get numbers like 445174927.5362319, 198709518.5185185...

Hi Aleksei,

The average_cpm metric should measure the average cost per thousand impressions in the account currency. The documentation specifies micros for metrics that are measured in micros (e.g. metrics.cost_micros).

Please let us know if you have any other questions for us.
