AdWordsApiException - InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

Starting today, around 4pm CT, we began getting the following API errors when trying to update a Feed:

One or more errors occurred. (AdWordsApiException: Exception of type 'Google.Api.Ads.AdWords.Lib.AdWordsApiException' was thrown. 

API encountered an unexpected internal error.. (Error: InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR, FieldPath: , Trigger: )

I've read elsewhere in this thread and in the documentation that this error can be temporary and due to a problem with the API, but it has been occuring for 6 hours straight, with the most recent error occurring just 10 minutes ago.

We also had issues with the API starting about 4pm EST yesterday. It cleared itself up around 4am EST today. Are you still having problems?

Thanks for the reply. Our last error appeared at 10:58pm CT, and I've been keeping an eye on it all day, but haven't seen any more. Looks like it resolved itself. Mostly wanted to make sure it wasn't something wrong on our end, and looks like it wasn't. Thanks for helping confirm this!
