Negative Keyword List limit decreased from 5000 to 1000 all of a sudden

This issue needs an urgent review and fix by googleadsa...@google.com:

Today all our API calls for updating negative keyword lists failed with the error message NEGATIVE_KEYWORDS_PER_SHAREDSET_AT_ACCOUNT_LEVEL because GoogleAds API responds that the limit of negatives you can add to a negative keyword list 1000.

I append the full JSON with the error message at the end of this post, the lists for which the errors were thrown were only attached to Shopping campaigns.

This error can can be an error on Google's side since the current version of the documentation pages About your Google Ads account limits and About negative keyword lists still says that the maximum number of negative keywords you can add to a negative keyword list list is 5000. Also I cannot recall any API news that announced a decrease of the limit from 5000 to 1000 a I tried in one of our accounts to add negative manually to a Negative Keyword List and it failed also there, stating a list can only contain 1000 negatives.

Hello!

I can confirm that this is resolved now. We do not receive any NEGATIVE_KEYWORDS_PER_SHAREDSET_AT_ACCOUNT_LEVEL errors anymore since the limit of negatives per Negative Keyword Lists is 5000 again. 
Additionally, adding negatives manually in the GoogleAds UI to Negative Keyword Lists works again in lists that have more than 1000 negatives (but less than 5000 negatives of course).

We did not change anything on our side, so this was an error in the GoogleAds API. Many thanks to the Google Devs who fixed it.
