Hi,

I would like to confirm if the API's basic access limit of 10,000 operations per day also applies to test accounts too. Plus, where do I need to go to check my API usage?

Hi,

Yes, the limit of 10,000 operations per day applies to test access too. You can find more information on access levels here. This rate sheet gives more detail on how operations are counted. 

There is no way to check API usage. When you have exceeded any of the operating limits, you will get a RateExceededError. This guide has more details to help you understand RateExceededError, and how to avoid exceeding the rate limit.
