Limit on Account Level Exclusion List

The resource for Google Ads IP exclusions(https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2456098?hl=en) mentions a limit in Campaign Level to 500 IPs to the exclusion list, Is there any limit present like this in the Account Level view for a domain in Google Ads?
