No result from campaign segment by device

I am trying to retrieve my campaign metrics with segment.device and some metrics, but it does not return anything in the response. Is there any settings that I am missing in my ads?

My request contains the following query 
'SELECT campaign.id, campaign.name, campaign.status,segments.device, metrics.clicks FROM campaign'

The response.data that I get is empty

By reviewing your concern, I understand that when you are attempting to retrieve campaign metrics with the segment.device and specific metrics the response is empty. In order to investigate your issue further, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end to better assist you further.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
