How to get Lead form status

Hello,

I am using the query in "asset" and "asset.lead_form_asset" to query all lead forms in my account.

In detail, the query looks like this:
"SELECT asset.lead_form_asset.background_image_asset, asset.lead_form_asset.business_name, asset.lead_form_asset.call_to_action_description, asset.lead_form_asset.call_to_action_type, asset.lead_form_asset.custom_disclosure, asset.lead_form_asset.custom_question_fields, asset.lead_form_asset.delivery_methods, asset.lead_form_asset.description, asset.lead_form_asset.desired_intent, asset.lead_form_asset.fields, asset.lead_form_asset.headline, asset.lead_form_asset.post_submit_call_to_action_type, asset.lead_form_asset.post_submit_description, asset.lead_form_asset.post_submit_headline, asset.lead_form_asset.privacy_policy_url, asset.type, asset.resource_name, asset.name, asset.id, asset.policy_summary.approval_status, asset.policy_summary.review_status " +
                "FROM asset WHERE asset.type = 'LEAD_FORM'"

However, I don't see the field to give the status "PAUSED" or "ENABLED" of a Lead form.
In my account, I have 2 paused Lead forms and 1 active Lead form.

Please help me find out how to get such statuses on Lead forms.

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you are looking for the field which sets the status to "PAUSED" or "ENABLED" of a Lead form. Could you please confirm if you are able to retrieve that data from the Google Ads UI? If yes, I would request you to kindly provide an uncropped screenshot of the Google Ads UI displaying the data you mentioned to better assist you further?

Hi,

 

Here is the attached screenshot of Lead forms.

We have 3 forms. 2 among them have status PAUSED but in “asset” object, there is no information about such status.

I am not asking about issue in AW UI.

I provided you the query, in that query’s response, there is no such info to indicate the Lead form status.

I think this is an API error.

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

According to the API documentation, I can confirm that there is no status field for Asset reports. As of now, this is currently supported only in UI and not via the API. However, there is an existing feature request for adding this feature in the API, but I don't have a specific timeline when these features will be available. I would suggest checking the Release Notes and Blog post for further updates.
