Failed with status unavailable. 
Error with message: The request took too long to respond.

We're busy using the KWP API to get keywords and we ran into this issue. Any idea what to do to solve it or what is causing it?

With regard to your concern, so our team can better check this concern, could you provide the complete Ads API logs (request and response with request-id) to further investigation on this?

I was wondering if you could provide me some information on the KWP_API and what is the max speed at which we can expect to get back keywords. It's very slow right now and we are would like to know more about the limitations. In the app we can easily get 500+ results back per pgae  (term search) in seconds. But the API takes a few seconds just to return one keyword. We're trying to build some automated keyword tools and considering whether or not this is a route to take that will be worth our time.

Thanks for replying back. Could you please confirm if you are using the Google Ads API? If yes then could you please give us more context to your API question? So that we can accurately suggest what report type/API services to use, could you provide more details to the data that you want to get using Google Ads API? If the data that you want to retrieve can be seen in the UI, then please provide the screenshot of the whole UI.

If you're encountering any API errors or a value mismatched, you may provide us with the complete request and response logs with request-id and request header generated on your end, so that we are able to see all account details into the logs to take a closer look at the issue.Please send the requested details via the Reply privately to the author option.
