Account changes - discrepancy between Google Ads UI and API

Hi,

There's a bid change in one of our adgroups that appears in the Google Ads UI but doesn't appear when I make a call to the change_event end point in the Google Ads API. 

Does anyone know how or why this is happening?

Thanks for raising your concern.

Would you be able to provide the screenshot of the whole UI where you are comparing with the API and provide also the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end to investigate the issue?
