Campaign report doesn't include campaign we see in Google Ads UI

Hi Google Ads API team!

We've been using the latest 11 version on API + official PHP library. 

And it works like a charm, thanks!

However for one customer of us 'campaign' report  doesn't include campaign we see in Google Ads UI. It's campaign of Video campaign type, which has a lot of impressions and views in Google Ads UI. It has '*Skippable - CPM' in name... I'll be happy to send request / response details in private message. 

I assume it's API limitation for some campaign types not being served. Could you guys advice a documentation page on this object? Like list of campaigns types / kinds which are not supported in reporting API?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Note that the ​​not all campaign types in the Google Ads UI are supported in the API, such as Video Campaigns. Video campaign metrics are available for retrieval in the API. But, video campaigns cannot be mutated at all from the API, including simple operations such as pausing or enabling as well as complex operations like organizing, changing criteria, or adding ad groups / Ads. For more information, you may refer to this guide.

In addition, Campaign subtypes in the Google Ads UI, such as Standard and All features, help UI users find relevant campaign options, but there is no corresponding attribute in the API's Campaign object. This UI column is similar to the AdvertisingChannelType and AdvertisingChannelSubType fields in the API, but there is not a one-to-one mapping between these fields and Campaign subtype in the UI. Video campaigns must be created (mutated) using the UI or Google Ads scripts. For more information on ad management, you may refer to this page. Let us know if you have any questions.
