Is there a way to get the AAID of the users who has got the impression of my ads?

HI Ayush,
Can you please specify what you are referring to by AAID? Are you referring to Android advertising ID? If so, your request is not currently possible using Google Ads/AdWords API.

Individual users cannot be identified through the API. However, you can target groups of users based on how they interact with an ad. For example, you can target users who visit a website.
