How to set time zone of other country from India in ppc campaign

Plz Help : i want to run adwords ppc campaign for following countries from India : Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea , well my Question is that how to do time schedule for each country means i want to that Ads run 9am to 11 pm in each country but there is time difference in each country so plz let me know solution or any of good link , my default location is India and currency is Indian Rs.

Hi Dharma,

You need to create appropriate ad schedules in your account using CampaignCriterionService. I don't have a code example that shows how to create one, but https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/CSharp/v201409/Targeting/AddCampaignTargetingCriteria.cs#L66 shows how to use the service using C#. 

The offset has to be calculated based on the timezone of your account. If your account timezone is in IST, then calculate what time it is in India when it is 9 AM in Japan. And use that value to create the ad schedules.
