Hi,
I am wondering what is different between campaing status and campaing serving status?

Is there any method to show why campaign status is 'enabled' but the campaing serving status is 'suspended'? I found that some of my campaing status is enabled but the changed to suspend this week.

In the campaing status, it can mutated by user and if campaing status is enabled which means Campaign is currently serving ads depending on budget information.

In the campaing serving status space, they didn't show many resource, and as I know campaing serving status can't mutate by user. So how does it change ?

Thank you.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Please refer to this general support article about campaign statuses. Generally speaking, campaign status refers to a status that you directly assigned to a campaign, whereas the serving status may be assigned based on some circumstance (e.g. it's limited by budget). If you need more assistance on this distinction, I would recommend reaching out to the product team.
