Hi, the documentation below says that for ads with policy violations, I should edit the ad to make it comply which will automatically resubmit. What do I do if my add is flagged for a policy violation which it doesn't actually violate? For example, I have some ads where the text includes something like "{KeyWord:Lunar 1600} $165.06 3-RATING" (some words substituted for example purposes) which was flagged as "phone number in ad text". If I click edit and do not touch anything, it doesn't seem like it is being resubmitted. Thanks!

Once you edit and save your ad or extension, it will automatically be submitted to us for review. The Status column will change from "Disapproved" to "Under review." When the review is complete, the ad’s status will be updated in your account to display its current approval status.

Hi Bryan,

It seems that you are editing your ad for re-submission via the AdWords UI, and not via the AdWords API. With this, I suggest to please post your concern in the AdWords Community Forum for better assistance on this as our team only provides support to AdWords API specific issues/concerns.

Thanks,
Vincent
