Failed to parse referrer from

Hi, I'm getting parse error from the referrer below which I used to exactly same string for tracking referrer traffic on Google Analytics. 

Despite it works perfect on Google Analytics, I'm getting the error below from Adwords. Any idea? Formatted texts are parameters. Thanks.
