Adwords API Application rejected

Hello 

I recently submitted a Google Ads Api application. But it was rejected. 

This is the reason : 

"The account you applied from does not have much spend history in Google Ads. The best use cases for the API are typically advertisers or agencies that manage a sizable number of ads."

I don't own an agency, I am working in a startup project that needs the Google Ads API. So how I cann access to this API without managing ads ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Support team.

It appears that you are requesting for the developer token, however, you will need to have a specific spend history in Google Ads before it becomes approved. However, since your concern is developer token approval, then I would suggest to raise your concern instead to the Compliance team via this link to know if there is a way they can approve you to this request.
 

While waiting for the updates from the Compliance team, you can start testing Google Ads API features by using a test account as it doesn't require a production developer token.
