What's the difference between `video_views` and `impressions`

Hello,

I use Adwords API for getting `VIDEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT` and I have a question about columns of `VideoViews` and `Impressions`.

I want to know the number of video viewd, and calculate by VideoQuartile25Rate.

Which the following calculation is correct?

All video viewed count = VideoQuartile25Rate × VideoViews

All video viewed count = VideoQuartile25Rate × Impressions
