How to get Top of page bid (low range) ?

I'm looking for way to get "Top of page bid(Low Range)" using googleads-php-lib. (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib)

Could  you tell me please ?

Unfortunately, this field is not available when finding Keyword Ideas. When getting a keyword idea, the result will return these here. You can find a example on how to get keyword ideas using PHP here.
