With regard to your concern, the Campaign Performance Report is now campaign in the Google Ads API. You may check our resource mapping for more information. For it's REST method, you can try this customer.campaigns for your Creates, updates, or removes campaigns, and Search and SearchStream for retrieving the data. In addition to that, you may also check the campaign resource for all metrics and segments that can be put in the same SELECT clause as the fields of campaign. You may utilize the query builder tool for the campaign resource to quickly build valid report queries in the API.
