Can't select some Locations

Hi,
When choosing Locations using the keyword Planner. Are the only locations available the ones from the newest CVS?
I find constatly empty "bold spots" in the blue shapes when selecting my Locations. How to obtain a full .KLM file? or what could be the reason to have missing locations in the middle of my targeted area. i,e city: Lightwater, UK or PostCode E20.

That big whole by Stratford is one of them, but I keep finding a few more? Is there a fix on my end to this or is it just a CVS updating thing?

Hi, 

The geographic locations that are targetable in AdWords are listed here. Some locations may not be available for targeting due to various reasons, including a low number of users in the location, or the quality of IP to location mapping. Since this is related to Keyword Planner in AdWords UI, I would suggest that you post your questions on the AdWords Community Forum.
